Debbie Beaudoin

​Debbie Beaudoin is the Owner/Director of Program Development and Associate Director for Player Development at Beaudies House of Hockey, Ringette and Skating Coach Debbie is spirited and committed to inspiring personal drive and self-confidence through motivational training and skills development.  She is skilled in evaluating, scouting, and developing new players/coaches each season to enhance individual/team skills and strengths.  She employs an example-based instruction style to build trust as hands-on leader and guarantee safety of all on and off ice activities. Coach Debbie believes in open, constructive communication between her staff/team to set clear goals and build a vision of excellence. She is committed to development and as a Coach/Manager and is adept in strategy development and implementation.

3-time participant of the BC Winter Games Zone 3 team; 2 years with Female Hockey & 1 year with Ringette.
